How much does the TCM course cost?
Phase 1 of the Trained Crowd Manager program will cost $30.

How long is the TCM certificate valid?
The TCM certificate is valid for 3 years.

How long is my online account access valid?
You will have access to the online system for 6 months.

How many attempts do I have to successfully pass the assessments?
Users have eight attempts to successfully pass each Module assessment and three attempts to pass the Post-course assessment.

What if I have failed to pass my assessments?
If an assessment is not successfully passed, the user’s account will be disabled, and the user will have to register anew and pay the $30 cost to start the online coursework from the beginning.

I seem to be locked out of my account. How can I get back into my account?
When you enter your credentials on the login screen, you may be taken to a re-login screen asking you to verify some of your registered information.  Upon entering the information requested, you will be logged in. If the re-login screen is not re-establishing your account access, please contact our Technical Support for assistance at 888-791-5150.
